Half Foam Roller

The 1/2 roller is ideal for those in rehab as it can be used with the flat side to the ground to create a much more stable surface than on a cylindical roller. Used with the semi-circle facing to the ground the half roller has a rocking motion which is great for developing stability without the risk of the roller shooting away from you.
