Folding Punchbag bracket

A heavy duty bracket incorporating tripod stabilising arms for minimal sideways movement and metal fatigue. Fitted via four fixing plates, 8 hex head bolts/rawlbolts and assembly instructions included. Baked powder coat finish. Wall construction should be breeze block or brick only.
