Returns policyWhilst we hope that all our customers are happy and we have delivered the correct goods to the correct person; just sometimes things go wrong.
If you wish to return something we have more than one store, so the right goods need to go back to the correct store.
We require you to;
- Call us to check where to send goods back to.
- Attach a packing list of what you have sent back.
- Have your contact details on the packing list with a phone number.
- Ideally have reference to the IDASS invoice to which the returned goods relate.
